 Sign up forms will be available in the School office (22870 Second Street, Hayward, California 94541) and below and must be returned back to the office by Friday, September 9^th or sent via e-mail to info@all-saints-school.org by the end of the day.

·      Each participant will be REQUIRED TO AUDITION
Tuesday, Sept. 13 between 6:45-7:45
In Kid’s Klub Room (lower Auditorium) at All Saints School

**The audition is for the purpose of assisting students with their acts and scheduling the line-up**

Note 1:  Parents, please be sure the music/dance your child chooses is appropriate for this event.

Note 2:  It is not necessary for talent show applicants to go to All Saints Parish (Church or School)
